Travel Policies

Please read these terms before confirming any package. They are written in simple language for clarity and planning confidence.

A) Booking

  • Bookings are treated as confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and traveler details.
  • Government ID details must match ticket documents exactly to avoid boarding issues.
  • Package pricing may vary if hotel category, group size, or travel dates change.
  • Special requests (adjoining rooms, meal preferences, accessibility) are noted and arranged subject to availability.

B) Rail/Air Tickets

  • Tickets are issued based on real-time seat availability and fare conditions from airlines/rail operators.
  • Name changes after ticket issuance may involve cancellation and rebooking charges.
  • Schedule changes by airlines/railways are outside agency control, but our team will support alternate arrangements.
  • Travelers should carry valid ID and arrive at terminals with adequate reporting time.

C) Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing through the registered email or WhatsApp number.
  • Cancellation charges depend on notice period, supplier rules, and whether services are prepaid/non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines usually depend on when third-party vendors release funds.
  • In case of no-show, refunds are generally not applicable for unused services.

D) General

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers, especially for high-altitude or long-distance trips.
  • Weather, local authority guidelines, and force majeure events may require route or activity changes.
  • Guests are expected to follow hotel rules, transport safety norms, and respectful behavior during group travel.
  • Any concerns during travel should be reported immediately to our support team for faster resolution.
